The Dutch like to be insured. On average the Dutch spend more on insurances (as a percentage of their income) than most other European countries. Where does this desire to be well insured come from? And how can insurance companies use this to their advantage? Find out in the Insurance masterclass on the 21st of March where UX/CX researcher Richard van Rijswijk will tell you more about the wants and needs of Dutch consumers orienting themselves on insurance. Emma van Dalen will elaborate on the importance of service in this industry and Boris Kugel will dive into the latest results in the insurance industry.
