During the Usability masterclass, we will explain the purpose of usability research and how we conduct these studies. Furthermore, we discuss the usability results of some of our clients and in our short demonstration, you’ll experience first hand what Usability research can do.

Usability research: take a critical look at your website

Even without noticeable changes happening in the data, it is still interesting to take a critical look at a website through the eyes of the consumer. You could see, for instance, that more people disengage during a specific moment in the funnel, that there is a decrease in the number of purchases of a certain product or service or a decrease in the click-through rate of generic to specific pages.
