Usability Masterclass Digital Excellence – May 2019 (Summer Session)
23 May - 15:00 - 18:00| Free
As a product owner, marketer, UX or visual designer, web analyst, or CRO specialist, you probably recognize the following situation: you see changes in trends in the analytics data of your website or app. You can make sense of some of these sudden drops or peaks but can’t explain everything.
In this masterclass Digital Excellence, we offer you a solution: Usability research. During the Usability masterclass, we will explain the purpose of usability research and how we conduct these studies. Furthermore, we discuss the usability results of some of our clients and in our short demonstration, you’ll experience first hand what Usability research can do.
Usability research: take a critical look at your website
Even without noticeable changes happening in the data, it is still interesting to take a critical look at a website through the eyes of the consumer. You could see, for instance, that more people disengage during a specific moment in the funnel, that there is a decrease in the number of purchases of a certain product or service or a decrease in the click-through rate of generic to specific pages. Or use usability to pre-test your app and website, like RevenYOU did. More about this research in our masterclass!
The afternoon will end with a networking opportunity on our boat. Discover the ‘’WUA Way” of Usability Testing and make sure to sign up in time!
