How we Collect Information:
We collect information in two ways: information that you provide to us directly or information that we get from your use of our Services (and website).
Information you provide to us directly: Visitors to our services can choose to interact in ways that may require them to provide us with personal identifying information (-i.e. Email addresses). The amount and type of information that is provided depends on the nature of the interaction. To give a brief example: when visitors wish to download reports from our website, we ask visitors to provide a name, last name, work email address, organization, and phone number. In this case, we only collect as much information as is necessary or appropriate given the interaction the visitor chooses to have with our services. Visitors can always refuse to supply personally identifying information with the caveat that it can prevent the visitor from performing certain interactions on the website.
Information we get from your use of the Services: This information is primarily non personally identifying information of the type that web browsers and services like Google Analytics typically make available (-i.e. language , browser type, referring site, duration of visit, to name a few). Other non-identifying information that we might have access to include how you make use of our website, cookies, your approximate location, etc. This non personally identifying information is collected in order to better understand how visitors make use of our Services and how we can continually improve visitors’ experience.
