This is exactly what WUA assessed in a study among small businesses, conducted in May 2018. Nuon leads with a Web Performance Score of 78, Eneco was first runner-up with an overall score of 71 points.

The respondents in this business energy supplier study were divided into two segments: respondents who were self-employed (solopreneur) and respondents who were responsible for the energy contracts within their company, hereby only including companies with 1-250 fulltime employees.

It is important to capture the consumers’ choices and their reason why choosing a specific company. WUA worked on a proven model for the last 10 years, which shows as precisely as possible what customers want, whatever are the best practices and the obstacles per provider.
