This is exactly what WUA assessed in a study among small businesses, conducted in May 2018. Nuon leads with a Web Performance Score of 78, Eneco was first runner-up with an overall score of 71 points.
The respondents in this business energy supplier study were divided into two segments: respondents who were self-employed (solopreneur) and respondents who were responsible for the energy contracts within their company, hereby only including companies with 1-250 fulltime employees.

The goal of this research is to exactly map the digital experience of potential customers who are orienting themselves in business energy suppliers. It is important to capture the consumers’ choices and their reason why choosing a specific company. WUA worked on a proven model for the last 10 years, which shows as precisely as possible what customers want, whatever are the best practices and the obstacles per provider.
