Rabobank , ING, and Hypotheker form the top-3 of the Mortgage study in October. With Digital Sales Score of 26, Rabobank leads for the sixth time in a row. ING.nl is once again on second place, in this study with a score of 23 points. Hypotheker closes the ranks and finishes third with 21 points.
When it comes to customer experience, Rabobank is dominant once more: on desktop the bank gains 68 points, the CX score on smartphone is 69 points.
