The Digital Experience Dashboard we’ve launched in Summer 2019 for sales customer journeys is constantly in development. Together with our clients and market experts, our research, sales and data teams have been improving, testing and rolling out new features on design and navigation.

In this blogpost, we’ll give you a short heads-up on just some of the new features in version 4.1.3 of the Digital Experience Dashboard for sales customer journeys. Can’t wait to see the Dashboard live? Ask for a free demo here, we’d love to talk you through it!

3. Improved Search through answers on open ended questions

In the customer experience benchmark studies WUA conducts, we also generate a lot of data on the “WHY” behind the data: what’s the reason a consumer has a preference for Brand X or Y, what should Brand Z improve? In the dashboard, we unleash the qualitative data by the usage of filters on supplier, device, specific topic within the model, positive versus negatively posed questions. The new and improved search function allows for a deep dive on key words such as ‘information’.
