In the past year and a half, WUA has worked hard to unlock the WUA Benchmark data via interactive online dashboarding. After many tests, development, validation, customer conversations, and continuous improvement, the WUA Digital Experience Dashboard has been live and used in our customers’ digital teams for a few months now.

The data in our Digital Experience Dashboard is based on real customer feedback: hundreds of respondents per customer journey, examine websites (4 per respondent) on Look & Feel, Offer and Brand while ultimately expressing their Preference.
