Customer Feedback at your fingertips
The data in our Digital Experience Dashboard is based on real customer feedback: hundreds of respondents per customer journey, examine websites (4 per respondent) on Look & Feel, Offer and Brand while ultimately expressing their Preference.
In the Product video in this blogpost, you’ll see which websites are found (Findability), how many consumers continue, for whom they choose (Preference) and why. Good to know: this is just a sneak peek of all the data we’ve gathered.
